Protons (and neutrons) are the fundamental probes for new physics both in collider experiments, in particular at the LHC, and in dark matter detectors. Nucleons also account for almost all the known mass of the universe. Therefore, understanding and parameterizing the structure of the proton and of other baryons is of central importance. Therefore, experimental programmes, e.g., at the future electron-ion collider (EIC) are designed to map this out. In this project we will compute baryonic charges, formfactors, moments of parton distributions and generalized formfactors. Often this is complementary to experiment, in terms of the flavour structure of the probe, the accessible virtuality and the integrated versus local observables.
