Determination of the absolute and relative configuration of natural compounds with improved NMR methods and new orienting media

The main goal is to develop and to adapt pulse sequences for natural products in organic solvents to measure dipolar couplings between spins and chemical shift anisotropies at natural abundance. These sequences will then be used by us and other groups to determine the relative and absolute configuration of natural products.
