In TP C1, disperse multi-phase flows are analyzed, which occur during the production and processing of TRIP-matrix composites. Phase and temperature distributions as well as cooling velocities during liquid steel atomization, thermal flame spraying and thermal joining are obtained as main information. Correlations between the parameters of the production process and the properties of the produced TRIP-matrix composites shall be found with the help of this information. Additionally, optimized process parameters shall be specified.
