Final Report Abstract
Das Gerät wurde vor allem für Projekte eingesetzt, bei denen in transgenen Mäusen mit Hilfe des Tetrazyklin-regulierbaren Genexpressionssystems der NF-kB Signalweg bzw. Transkriptionsfaktoren wie FoxO3 und c-Myc konditional in unterschiedlichen Organen reguliert wurden: 1. Konditionale Expression von c-Myc im hämatopoetischen System – Charakterisierung der Mechanismen Myc-induzierter Lymphomagenese. 2. Konditionale Expression eines konstitutiv aktiven FoxO3-Allels in Kardiomyozyten und Neuronen – Analyse der Konsequenzen. 3. Konditionale Modulation des NF-kB Signalweges in Hepatozyten (Leberfibrosemodell), Kardiomyozyten (Modell für inflammatorische dilatative Kardiomyopathie), Neuronen (Einfluss von NF-kB auf die Synaptogenese) und in Astrozyten (Analyse der Konsequenzen der Neuroinflammation).
