Term
from 2010 to 2021
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 119193472
In sub-project a dexterous regeneration cell for re-contouring is investigated. It is the key component of the process chain. The main objective for the 3rd funding period is the self-optimization of process planning and machining with respect to precedent and subsequent processes. Therefore, methods to detect interdependencies and variances during machining are developed. The gained knowledge enables autonomous reduction of shape deviations. Accordingly, a self-learning process force model and the coupling of process and simulation data are examined and sensory capabilities of the cell have to be improved.
