Zusammenfassung der Projektergebnisse

In our funding period we have identified several new regulated proteins which are phosphorylated by Ang II in podocytes and confirmed the Ang II mediated phosphorylation of L-plastin, which may modulate the actin cytoskeleton of the podocyte. The network analysis achieves a deeper understanding of the partners involved in this complex Ang II induced phosphorylation scheme, which is relevant well beyond podocyte dysfunction.
