Zusammenfassung der Projektergebnisse
The following progresses are obtained: (1) CO2-stable oxygen-permeable Fe2O3 (FO) - Ce0.9Gd0.1O2-δ (CGO) dual phase composite membranes were successfully prepared via a one-pot single-step method; (2) A novel cobalt-free and noble metal-free dual phase membrane of the composition 40 wt.% Pr0.6Sr0.4FeO3-δ-60 wt.% Ce0.9Pr0.1O2-δ (40PSFO-60CPO) has been successfully developed via an in-situ one-pot one-step glycine-nitrate combustion process; (3) a novel U-shaped K2NiF4-type oxide hollow-fiber membranes based on (Pr0.9La0.1)2(Ni0.74Cu0.21Ga0.05)O4+δ (PLNCG) were successfully prepared through a phase-inversion spinning process. The effect of CO2 and SO2 on the oxygen permeation, phase structure and the microstructure of the material were investigated.
