Drafting of Model Rules on EU information management procedures, mechanisms and structures as essential elements of administrative single-decision-making and norm-setting processes in the EU. Detailed objectives within the extension period:1. Finalisation and publication of the English version of the ReNEUAL Draft Model Rules 2014/15 on EU Administrative Procedures,2. Translation of the Draft Model Rules including introductions and explanations into German and publication with a German publisher,3. Further development of the Draft Model Rules 2014/15 in the framework of the European Law Institute;4. Studies on specific legal issues with regard to EU information management and single-case decision making:- relationship between information law and data protection law with regard to Book VI of the Draft Model Rules,- comparative studies of verification procedures and other mechanisms to enhance data quality in shared data-bases and concerning duties to inform without prior request,- innovative mechanisms of legal protection concerning European information networks and shared data-bases including liability for damages caused by incorrect data.5. Organisation and support of national ReNEUAL conferences in a number of EU Member States and especially in Germany as a basis for improvement of the Draft Model Rules 2014/15.
