The Integrated Research Training Group (IRTG) supports its doctoral candidates and other young CRC researchers in their scientific development by providing a well-reasoned training and supervision concept in an environment of scientific excellence. The main goal of the IRTG is to promote early research independence and continuing qualification of the doctoral researchers by offering a wide range of scientific and transferable skills training; by fostering the active involvement of the doctoral researchers, e.g. in research projects, training activities and conferences; by facilitating international networking and scientific exchange; and by assuring excellent working conditions.
