The surveys will generate a unique panel data set from repeated surveys of a total of 5,000 households. Also, other survey and panel data and relevant statistical data sets from other sources will be maintained in a central database. Another contribution will be to improve the survey methods in close cooperation with base project 1 develop a comprehensive, set of indicators for assessing vulnerability to poverty Shared access to this database will be administered through a web service specially established for the purpose.
