Final Report Abstract

1. Experimental studying of quantum spin dynamics of isotopically purified rare-earth doped crystals Er:YSO, Er:LYF at ultra-low temperatures (below 1 Kelvin) by using optical vector analysis. Such temperature range is assumed to be very useful for the implementing of quantum frequency converters, long-lived hyperfine quantum memory for microwave or optical qubits and for off-resonant Raman memory. 2. Implementation of optical vector network analysis for the ultra-precise optical spectroscopy. 3. Implementation of confocal microscopy of SiV centers in diamond at mK temperatures. 4. Implementation of all-optical coherent control of SiV centers at mK temperatures. 5. Experimental studying of spin decoherence mechanisms of SIV centers at mK temperatrures.
