The SFB-TRR 161 will be supported by secretariats at both universities, a central SFB manager, and student assistants. Duties of the secretariats include accounting, cost control, scheduling, assistance to visiting scientists, preparation of meetings, and other administrative tasks. The tasks of the SFB manager include running the visiting scientists program, administrative coordination with the Integrated Research Training Group (see Project MGK) and with public relations (see Project Ö) as well as organizing the status seminars.
