Core project Z3 provides support in large-scale omics analysis. It covers applications of next generation sequencing, offered by the Comprehensive Centre for Genome Analysis Kiel. Z3 further supports proteomics applications for the identification, quantification and molecular characterization of proteins, proteomes and peptidomes, and additionally metabolomics approaches for spatial metabolomics or targeted and untargeted analysis of metabolites in metaorganisms.
