The second phase of the project aims at approaching the development of Learnstruments for leaders and managers, since they will be responsible for the pace of transformation in their companies. In the first phase of the project it was demonstrated that the developed Learnstruments are a very promising way to teach Industry 4.0 principles and techniques to students, entrepreneurs, and the general workforce. Now it is time to research both technical aspects and organizational behaviors required for leaders and managers in order to prepare their organizations for the digital revolution. The second phase will focus on organizational culture, beliefs, values, competences, skills, technologies, and the whole mindset required for Industry 4.0. One of the main outcomes of this upcoming phase will be the use of game theories and gamification so that traditional mindsets can be challenged and new behaviors can be stimulated in leaders and managers and then deployed throughout the whole organization.
