Final Report Abstract

Zusammenfassend wurde im Rahmen dieses Projekts wie bewilligt das mGN Modell näher in vivo charakterisiert und eine Weiterentwicklung des Modells auf verschiedenen Ebenen beschritten. Dabei konnte gezeigt werden, dass das endotheliale PDGF-B bedeutend für den Verlauf des Krankheitsgeschehens entsprechend unserer primären Hypothese im Antrag ist.
