The socio-informatic subproject A05 investigates cooperative idea generation, co-design and appro-priation of telemedicine and telecare applications for aging societies. It focuses on media, data and sensory practices in therapist-technology-patient triads in Germany and Japan. Both, data collection, the sensing of telemedicine applications, as well as cooperative practices of sense making of the col-lected data are studied. The subproject takes an anticipatory technology design perspective and con-siders current controversies and care scenarios of the future.
