Final Report Abstract

We have completed the project successfully. The key findings of this project are: OTUB1 expression is induced in astrocytes of MS patients and EAE mice. - OTUB1 ablation in astrocytes aggravates EAE. - OTUB1 suppresses IFN-γ-induced chemokine production by astrocytes. - OTUB1 inhibits IFN-γ-induced JAK-STAT1 signaling by deubiquitinating and stabilizing the inhibitor SOCS1.
