In the preceding project, a possibility for self parameterization by autonomous process monitoring systems was compiled. The successful realization of such a system in an industrial environment would be a major step for the transfer of state of research monitoring techniques from science to application. The main goal of the project is the transfer of a self-learning monitoring system with a simple user interface into an industrial environment in order to achieve a reduction of the setup effort for monitoring systems in batch production. Achieving this objective involves increasing the robustness of the system to the level of an industrial prototype. In this regard the focus will be on drilling, milling and turning operations. The system is to be realized on a monitoring system from KOMET Brinkhaus, which is adapted for research purposes.
