The aim of the study is the development and validation of 89-Zr-labeled-SPIO for bimodal imaging of a CAR-expressing NK cell line in a HCC rat model. The main aspect of the project is the quantification of the CAR-expressing NK cell line (NK-92/31.28z.IEW) in the tumor environment after i.a. versus i.v. application via PET-Tracer labeled superparamagnetic particle (SPIO). For the preclinical imaging the radioisotope Zirconium-89 is bound on the surface of the particle. After the initial results of the accumulation of the cell line, the immuntherapeutical effect will be detected via DWI-MRT und FDG-F18 PET.
