Final Report Abstract

In Zeiten, in denen gesellschaftliche Institutionen einem steten Wandel unterworfen sind, muss die Forschung diesen Wandel verstehen und Denkanstöße dafür geben, wie dieser Wandel gestaltet werden kann. Unser wissenschaftliches Netzwerk „Mikrofundierung von Institutionen” widmete sich der Grundlagenforschung in diesem Bereich und etablierte die kognitive, behavioristische und kommunikative Perspektive auf die Mikrofundierung von Institutionen als theoretische Werkzeuge, die das Verständnis und die Gestaltung individueller, organisationaler und gesellschaftlicher Wandelprozesse anleiten können.
