The project has a dual role: supporting the other neuroimaging projects of the SFB via optimized and harmonized imaging sequences, pipelines for MRI preprocessing and analyses, and advanced analyses of physiological data; and conducting mega-analyses of neuroimaging and genetic data across the consortium, with the goal to study how individual differences in acquisition, extinction, and renewal/reinstatement can be predicted by differences in functional, structural and effective connectivity.
