The major goals and services of the “Advanced neuronal circuit labeling and behavioral analysis” platform comprises the development of novel AI-based behavior detection algorithms and integrate them into DLStream to facilitate behavior-based engram-analysis together with novel virus-based circuit labeling tools (Cal-Light). We will also support CRC scientists in establishing DLStream-based closed-loop experiments. In addition, we will within project P03 supply a battery of standard, state-of-the-art behavioral tests to CRC scientists
