Multikomponentige äquiatomare Hochentropie-Oxide - Synthese und magneto-elektronsche Eigenschaften
Zusammenfassung der Projektergebnisse
Dieses Projekt untersuchte eine neue Klasse von Materialien, bekannt als P-HEOs (Perowskit-Hochentropie-Oxide), die potenziell wertvolle Eigenschaften für magneto-elektronische Anwendungen aufweisen könnten. Diese Materialien leiten sich von Oxid-Perowskiten ab, die für ihre vielfältigen physikalischen Eigenschaften bekannt sind, wie z. B. starke Elektronenwechselwirkungen und magneto-elektrische Effekte. P-HEOs sind besonders interessant, da ihre einzigartige chemische Struktur, gekennzeichnet durch extreme ionische Unordnung, zu unerwarteten magnetischen und elektronischen Eigenschaften führen kann. Durch die Untersuchung, wie verschiedene atomare Anordnungen, Zusammensetzungen, Größeneffekte und äußere Faktoren wie mechanische Spannungen diese Eigenschaften beeinflussen, konnten wertvolle Einblicke in das Potenzial von P-HEOs zur Weiterentwicklung magneto-elektronischer Technologien gewonnen werden.
