Final Report Abstract

My colleagues and I delved into the intricate role of the Nlrp10 inflammasome and its potential to foster a functional cascade of immune responses. Through a series of in vitro experiments, we verified its capability to assemble into a bona fide inflammasome, cleaving IL-1b and IL-18. Moreover, our research unraveled a protective role in countering DSS- induced colitis within the gastrointestinal tract. We were able to publish our results in the peer-reviewed journal Nature Immunology.
