600 MHz NMR console with cryoprobe

The console of our current 600 MHz NMR is nearly 20 years old and both outdated as well as unreliable. Consequently, is has to be fundamentally renewed. Our 600 MHz NMR instrument plays a central role in our analytical section. It is the high-performance NMR instrument at our department and furthermore constitutes an important facility at Kiel University and also for the Land Schleswig-Holstein. This instrument takes over the most challenging spectroscopic tasks at our department and due to its special capabilities, it is the most important NMR spectrometer at our institute and many further units and research groups. In order to continue to reliably meet the requirements of this central analytical device in the future, we apply for a complete renewal of the NMR console and of the cryoprobe, while maintaining the existing shielded magnet.
