Engineering CAR T cells to better find and eradicate neuroblastoma (C04)

This project aims to improve the understanding of the tumor microenvironment (TME) in neuroblastoma through single cell technologies using two immunocompetent neuroblastoma mouse models. The goal is to improve CAR-T cell settlement and survival at primary and metastatic sites and to validate appropriate tumor-specific antigens to develop novel CAR-T cell constructs. The novel CAR-T cell constructs will be evaluated preclinically in vitro and in vivo for later clinical use.
