This application for a continuation of the fellowship under the Walter Benjamin Program is being submitted because the project was severely affected by current political developments in the USA, and because the project work to date has identified aspects that should be added to the project. The aim is to gain a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of cancer care for sexual and gender minorities. It will also explore how the findings of this project can be transferred to other medically underserved populations.
