Zusammenfassung der Projektergebnisse
During this project the following major results have been achieved. 1. New efficient 3D finite element modeling technique (code Slim3D) was developed that is operating with advanced elasto-visco-plastic rheology adequate for modeling of deformation processes in lithosphere-asthenosphere system. 2. This technique was applied to model essentially 3D deformation process during 25 Mln.y. evolution of San Andreas Fault System in Central and Northern California.
