The central project aims to support coordination among the individual subprojects of the DFG-Research Group Electron transfer processes in anoxic aquifers and to allow for a smooth operational sequence of the complete project. In particular, this project shallEnsure information flow within the group Support of usage of the existing numerical code TBC (Transport, Biodegradation and Chemistry) for those subprojects that require simulations for the evaluation of results from experiments performed in porous mediaStimulate communication between subprojects through organization of internal meetings, an international workshop, and mentorates for doctoral students. Perform controlling on the course of the projects in particular with respect to internal cooperation.
