Final Report Abstract

Innere Nachbehandlung durch Verwendung superabsorbierender Polymere (SAP) und einer genau abgestimmten Menge Zusatzwasser setzt das Rissbildungspotential von UHPC deutlich herab. Die Hauptursache sind signifikant verringerte autogene Schwindverformungen, infolge derer sich nur erheblich geringere Zwangszugspannungen im Betoninneren aufbauen. Jedoch ist sehr genau auf eine passende SAP- und zugehörige Zusatzwassermenge zu achten, damit die mechanischen Kennwerte (Druck-, Biegezugfestigkeit) nicht beeinträchtigt werden. Überdosierung von SAP und Nachbehandlungswasser kann zu deutlichen Festigkeitseinbußen und sehr stark erhöhter Kapillarporosität in der UHPC-Matrix führen.
