The overarching goal of the project is to develop anabelian geometry in higher-dimensional contexts, both geometrically and homotopy-theoretically.To this end, three specific projects are pursued:The aim of the first project is to identify and establish the correct homotopy-theoretic foundations for higher-dimensional anabelian geometry.Building on this, the second project seeks to recognize a very general class of (geometrically) higher-dimensional varieties as anabelian in a very strong sense.Finally, the goal of the third project is to identify the first examples of homotopy-theoretic higher-dimensional varieties that exhibit anabelian characteristics.
