5-Laser Cell sorter

We are applying for a 5-Laser spectral flow cytometer to sort rare cell populations from single cell suspensions of murine and human origin. The sorted cell populations will be either used for further in-depth analysis e.g. through scRNAseq, for in vitro studies or for consecutive transfer into murine host for further in vivo studies.
