After years of project work, FAIR.rdm was able to support the researchers of the SPP 2143 “Entangled Africa” with numerous (data) publications. It has always emphasized the relevance of the guidelines for good scientific practice and created awareness for compliance with the FAIR principles. Whenever possible, the project contributed to securing research data in adequate subject repositories or recommended general data repositories if these were not available. In this follow-up proposal, we are requesting further funding for data publication and curation in the European research data portal Ariadne to make this data easily accessible to an even wider audience and increase international findability.
