Project Details
The role of subcellular GPR65 signaling in immune cell function (26*)
Subject Area
Immunology
Term
since 2026
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 318346496
Our goal is to understand the function of GPR65 and its subcellular signaling landscape in various immune cell populations present in the tumor microenvironment, including B cells, natural killer cells, and different T cell subpopulations. To achieve this, we will conduct in vitro and in vivo experiments using newly generated GPR65 conditional knockout and reporter mice, as well as preclinical tumor models with varying acidification rates.
