B01 investigates how microglia interact with endothelial and mural cells in a vascular-zonation-specific manner after stroke. Using spatial transcriptomics, vascular single-cell atlases, and in vivo imaging in mouse models, it aims to map the anatomical and molecular organization of the microglia–vessel interface across vascular segments. The goal is to uncover how these interactions influence vascular remodeling and immune responses after stroke.
