Systemic change management for the handling of cycles in development processes (B01)

The superordinate objective of subproject B01 is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of development processes through shaping the handling of cycles during the development. Central subject matters are development processes of PSS, internal cycles that occur during these processes, and external cycles that affect development processes. Focus of the third funding period is on shaping change cycles via a systemic change management (in cooperation with subproject B05). It contains the reactive, proactive and retrospective handling of changes of the PSS (focus subproject B01) and manufacturing changes (focus subproject B05).
