Final Report Abstract
Our studies provided major insight into safety and improvements in oocyte in vitro maturation, hormonal stimulation and follicle culture and cryopreservation and risk factors exposing oocytes to epimutation and changes in gene expression. Identification of markers of oocyte quality and supplementary factors that may improve cryotolerance and preimplantation development should aid in further improvement in oocyte quality and developmental capacity in oocyte IVM in animal models and in human ART.
