The project analyzes how the supranational implementation of EU law by the European Commission will be expanded at the expense of the Member States in the EU law. The Treaty of Lisbon has revised EU law with regard to the mechanisms of adopting legal acts by the EU Commission. The project shows how the use the new mechanisms of implementation and delegation intensified the Commission's impact on the application of EU law, along with e-Government preferences-. This will be illustrated by taking as an example the Union customs law which will also be compared with the EU Foreign Trade Law and the EU internal energy market legislation.
