Zusammenfassung der Projektergebnisse
In summary, we can conclude that project was completed successfully. While the initial hypothesis later turned out to be invalid (at least in our biological system), we could shift the project towards a very successful direction. Specifically, we could make significant progress in the understanding of how mechanics and substrate stiffness affects Hh signaling and metabolic regulation. To this end, publishable data sets were generated which can be used by us and others to move the field forward.
