(I) Discover, characterise and utilise deregulated signalling networks in corticotroph tumours and validate in Cushing’s disease patient cohorts.(II) Define USP8 related and other prognostic targets and develop novel experimental means for the study and management of Cushing’s disease.(III) Elucidate signalling markers of glucocorticoid sensitivity and regulatory signalling networks in peripheral tissues.
