Predicting patterns of adaptation to radio-chemotherapy in cancer (B08)

Project B8 will study the evolution of cancers of the upper gastrointestinal tract in cell lines and patient-derived xenograft mice, generating comprehensive genome, transcriptome, and proteome data. Focusing on mutations in DNA repair pathways and their effects on future changes in the tumor, we will predict the likelihood of evolutionary trajectories towards therapy resistance in collaboration with projects B6 and B7.
