Symplectic geometry of representation and quiver varieties (A08)

Representation varieties and (Nakajima) quiver varieties provide families of higher-dimensional symplectic varieties which allow the interaction of representation-theoretic techniques with the study of their (symplectic) geometry. The main focus of this project lies on studying these with modern tools of symplectic geometry, including Fukaya categories, the investigation of rigidity questions, and the exploration of magnetic deformations of their geometric structures.
