This project is dedicated to the investigation of programmable adapter CAR technology, reinforced with mathematical modelling to inform dosing and scheduling of CAR-T cell and adapter administration to achieve an effective anti-tumor response. We will also leverage the CAR-T cell and adapter interaction to accomplish in vivo tracking of CAR-T cells through radioligands and PET imaging. We will evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of several adapter interfaces to monitor CAR-T cell distribution and read out functional T cell states.
