S02 is a structured early career support program for all doctoral and postdoctoral researchers involved in the CRC. It is strongly related to the CRC’s theoretical framework and empirical approaches and provides specialist and methodological training, networking and scientific skills for all ECRs in the CRC. The qualification concept consists of four pillars—two mandatory (theoretical and methodological training and scientific qualification), and two optional (professional skills and career counselling), based on individual contracts. All PIs of the CRC are involved and invited for selected topics on the first two mandatory pillars.
